Bonjour, I’m Emma Louise, a bridal and editorial hairstylist with a love for timeless styles, soft romantic looks. My work is about creating hair that moves naturally and photographs beautifully with quiet sophistication.

This isn’t just about hairstyles or editorial photos it’s about creating a feeling. A moment in time where you get to slow down, breathe, and feel like the most important person in the world. Because on your wedding day, you are.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve built what I call The Emma Experience, an unforgettable, personal way of working that’s grown from my years of styling brides from all over the world.

I trained originally in London and adventured to France where I spent six wonderful years styling brides in the South of France. I’ve worked in luxury châteaux, vineyards, and coastal villas before settling and building a home here in Australia.

These years gave me some of the best experiences of my life and inspired The Liberté Experience, a nod to my French chapter and the freedom of being completely yourself on one of the most important days of your life, a celebration of freedom to be you, connection, and confidence for every bride, every culture, and every story.

Working with International brides from many different cultures, traditions, and backgrounds, has taught me to approach every wedding with empathy, flexibility, and deep respect. I’ve styled more than 300 weddings and believe in taking only one bride per day, no rushing, no distractions, just a relaxed fun morning with a genuine connection.

My background in hairdressing, wedding planning, and venue coordination means I understand more than just hair and weddings as a whole is my passion. I’ll help you into your gown, adjust your veil, or simply make sure the morning flows as smooth as your hair. It’s all part of creating a relaxed, thoughtful bridal experience.

Now based in Brisbane, I work with brides who love elegant, timeless styles with European charm, and with creatives looking for editorial hairstyling that feels effortless and modern.
